Job Overview

As a seasoned hospitality leader, we seek an exceptional Bar and Restaurant Manager to spearhead our team's performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock control, stock rotation, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Maximise revenue and upselling, setting objectives and targets.
  • Look for ways to reduce costs without compromising customer experience.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the department.
  • Lead a high-performing team by developing and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotels and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
