Experienced Private Equity Fund Administration Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Private Equity Group Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing multiple Private Equity clients, developing relationships with investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors, and banking personnel, and supervising staff on systems, processing, procedures, and job responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Private Equity group, ensuring efficient and effective management of client relationships and business processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in Private Equity fund administration.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and implement process improvements, driving business growth and profitability.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years' experience in Private Equity fund administration, with at least two years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures and regulatory requirements, including experience working on Private Equity systems such as Investran.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
