Director of Nursing Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique leadership position that offers the chance to shape the future of nursing home care.

We are seeking a qualified nurse with at least 3 years' experience in the management of older persons' care. A post-registration qualification in health or a related field is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring implementation of Company and HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular audits and following up on results
  • Induction and ongoing training and development of staff
  • Promoting innovative practice
  • Ensuring adherence to standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Leading communication meetings with all clinical staff

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, organisational ability, effective communication skills, sound decision-making ability, and a results-driven approach. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can make a positive impact on our team.
