High-End Sales Professional

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate sales professional to provide exceptional customer service, offer expert advice on luxury timepieces, and assist clients in selecting the perfect watch to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury watch collections.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized service and consultation.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and lifestyle.
  • Perform basic watch maintenance, such as strap adjustments and battery replacements, where applicable.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing watch display, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for watches and an ability to share that enthusiasm with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
