Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

The role of the Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer is to oversee a team responsible for delivering high-quality projects in the Pharmaceutical sector.

  • Manage and lead a team of engineers to ensure consistent deliverables.
  • Develop workflow processes to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and discipline leaders to develop project requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience delivering I&C scope for Pharmaceutical projects or similar areas.
  • BEng (Hons) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge in instrumentation specification, field network design, panel design, problem-solving, and communication skills.

As an experienced engineer, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the scope of Instrumentation & Controls is delivered on schedule. This requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
