Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Principal E&I Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the site calibration program, working with health and regulatory authorities, and providing engineering support to maintenance teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with experience in a maintenance or engineering role within the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new site calibration strategies, leading reliability improvements, and analyzing predictive and condition-based monitoring data to identify follow-up actions.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, good organizational skills, and the ability to make good use of systems, procedures, and processes. The successful candidate will also be required to lead internal audits and reviews of GMP activities to ensure compliance.
