Job Overview

This role involves managing all façade-related activities throughout project stages, ensuring high-quality execution and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have expertise in façade systems and detailing for SFS and Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork, and Render.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes
  • Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
  • Promote best practices for façade installation and integration
  • Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital tools to track progress and manage changes
  • Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and detailing
  • Familiarity with building regulations and codes
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills
  • Familiarity with BIM and digital construction platforms
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
