Overview

As Façade Manager for Santry, Dublin, you will manage all façade-related activities throughout project stages, ensuring high-quality execution and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be essential from early design coordination to installation, testing, and final delivery on complex, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations
  • Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
  • Promote best practices for façade installation and integration
  • Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes
  • Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation
What You Bring
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and detailing for SFS and Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork and Render
  • Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and cross team communication skills
  • Familiar with BIM and digital construction platforms
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
