I am hiring for a leading developer in Dublin who is seeking a Faade Manager to join their team on a high-profile residential project in North Dublin.
This role will see you manage all faade-related activities throughout the project stages, from early design through to installation, testing, and final delivery.
Its a great opportunity to work on complex, high-value developments with strong career progression.
Responsibilities Coordinate faade design and manage technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations.
Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives.
Promote best practices for faade installation and integration.
Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes.
Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation.
Requirements Proven experience delivering faade works on large-scale residential projects.
Strong technical knowledge of faade systems: SFS, Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork, and Render.
Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with BIM and digital construction platforms.
Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred).
