This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in facade management on a high-profile residential project in Dublin. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the coordination of facade design and technical submissions, ensuring compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facade design and manage technical submissions.
- Evaluate and align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with project objectives.
- Promote best practices for facade installation and integration.
- Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital tools to track progress and manage changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering facade works on large-scale residential projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of facade systems: SFS, Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork, and Render.
- Experience with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with BIM and digital construction platforms.
- A degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
