Job Title: Facade Manager

The primary role of a Facade Manager revolves around overseeing the installation and integration of facade systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as Building Codes and Regulations (BCAR) and Irish building codes. This encompasses aligning procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives to guarantee a seamless execution process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate effective project planning and execution.
  • Promote best practices for facade installation and integration, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital tools to track progress, manage changes, and optimize results.
  • Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation to ensure quality standards are met.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of facade systems and detailing, including Single-Leaf Facades, Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork, and Render. Additionally, they should be familiar with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements, exhibit excellent leadership and cross-team communication skills, and have a degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
