About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, analyzing and managing the implementation of facade systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop facade systems in collaboration with the project team.
  • Provide technical input to ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations and client requirements.
  • Perform structural analysis of facade components and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and manufacturers to source and implement facade solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the quality of facade installations.
  • Manage facade design documentation and specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure facade systems contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability targets.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure facade designs meet aesthetic expectations.

Requirements:

A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience in facade design or engineering is also necessary.
