Job Description

A highly skilled and experienced Facade Manager is required to oversee the installation of facade systems on residential projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Irish building regulations, including BCAR, and be able to ensure compliance throughout the project.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills, with the ability to promote best practices in facade installation and integration.

They will also possess a solid understanding of BIM and digital construction platforms, as well as a degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience working on high-profile projects and be familiar with sustainable communities development.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and detailing, including SFS, weathering board, aluminium-clad windows, brickwork, and render.
  • Solid understanding of BCAR processes and Irish regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with BIM and digital construction platforms.
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
