Job Title: Façade Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced Facades Specialist to oversee the coordination of facade elements on high-density residential and commercial projects.

  • Support project managers with daily operations as required.
  • Coordinate facade elements across various subcontract packages and oversee the detailed interface.
  • Plan and program the overall facade construction schedule.
  • Manage technical submissions, track sign-off, and BCAR approvals process for the facade scope.
  • Manage sample procurement, sign-off, and testing regimes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment requirements and project performance specifications and drawings.
  • Track procuring of facade materials for the project and ensure all logistics are coordinated.
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are met from design to procurement to installations.
  • Review project quality using BIM field or similar and conduct a full checklist.
  • Compile safety files and O&M data for handover to clients' representatives.
  • Complete onsite testing in line with specifications and sign-off and snagging.
  • Review and validate variations associated with the facade scope.

Requirements:

  • Facades experience with proven track records.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at this level, working on similar projects.
  • Trade qualification or construction-related qualifications.
  • Strong sub-contractor management skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
