Our client is a reputable building envelope specialist offering a range of services including roofing, cladding and full building envelope solutions.

They have a strong reputation in the industry and collaborate with top-tier contractors. The company has successfully delivered large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare and data centre projects across Ireland and Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facades, cladding or roofing, with proficiency in BIM and Revit.

This role involves working closely with the Design Manager, contributing to technical detailing and project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the Design function, ensuring that all of their work aligns with the firm's high standards and their clients' expectations when it comes to Digital Project Delivery and BIM.

The required skills and qualifications include:

  • A relevant degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar
  • 3+ years experience in the industry
  • Revit experience is a must
  • Prior exposure to the design of Cladding, Roofing and/or facades is highly beneficial
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
  • Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
  • Must have excellent communication skills
