Job Title: Building Envelope Site Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven and experienced site manager to lead our client's growing operations based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate in strategic planning meetings, manage project schedules, and ensure timely completion.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Welfare protocols, creating a secure environment for all team members.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors and on-site trades, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to manage procurement activities and maintain detailed records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a site manager or similar role.
  • Project Management credentials or related qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Must hold a valid Safepass and have recent Manual Handling training.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and administrative abilities.
  • Full driver's license is essential.
