Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.

  • Develop and implement project execution plans, site constraint documents, and contract handbooks.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Oversee quality management procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying, and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent leadership abilities, high-level proficiency in reporting, and experience in contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
