Job Title: Construction Project Director

Job Description:
As a Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of installation works in both green field and live plant environments. You will assist other members of the management team as necessary and liaise with operations staff, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, and project teams daily.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the development and implementation of projects, including fit-out, refurbishment, retrofit, and remediation projects within the built pharma environment.
- Overseeing the contracting process with pre-qualified sub-contractors and ensuring that all works are conducted correctly and as per both the contract and the specification.
- Liaising with clients, main contractors, and other tradespeople as and when required.
- Attending regular progress meetings with the design team and sub-contractors and effectively controlling the use of labour and materials.

Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or Engineering background
- At least 5+ years of commercial build and fit-out experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals
