Experienced Façade Manager Required

Overview of the Role:

As a seasoned Façade Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of façade installation on large-scale construction projects. This includes curtain walling, cladding, and window systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of façade installation, including curtain walling, cladding, and window systems
  • Coordinate subcontractor teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety standards
  • Monitor programme timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures
  • Perform quality checks and maintain thorough documentation for compliance and reporting
  • Collaborate with design teams and project managers to resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 35 years of experience in façade management on large-scale construction projects
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and direct teams effectively
  • Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and sequencing
  • Competency in site record keeping and IT tools, including DMS platforms
  • Solutions-focused approach and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic team
