Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team in France, Lille.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity to work on one of the largest biopharmaceutical projects in the country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and permitting management, architecture, exterior envelope, and interior design, as well as utility infrastructure and connection to external supply.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect necessary documentation for construction permitting application
  • Manage architecture, exterior envelope, and interior design
  • Plan and coordinate utility infrastructure and connection to external supply
  • Civils & Structural and Landscaping
  • Stormwater, drainage, and sewerage
  • Fire & Life systems (Build, Architectural finishes & installation)
  • Security systems (Build, Architectural finishes & installation)
Key Qualifications
  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering
  • Proven experience in a design management role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong portfolio of design projects, including digital and print materials
  • Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Project management certification (if possible)
