
Biopharmaceutical Partnership Specialist

This is a key role in driving growth opportunities and creating sustainable partnerships within the biopharmaceutical industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows, as well as experience in sales and account management within this sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging Avantor's portfolio of biopharma products and services to deliver meaningful solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales and account management within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows, including GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for excipients and single-use systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
- Familiarity with office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
