We are seeking a skilled Biopharma Production Specialist to join our team

Job Description

As a Biopharma Production Specialist, you will play a key role in generating growth opportunities for our customers in the biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow market share across the Nordics.
  • Promote a portfolio of single-use systems and chemicals/excipients used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and formulation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including scientists, engineers, procurement teams, and senior management.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BSc/BA degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering degree or other life sciences-related degree.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows.
  • Familiarity with GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for excipients and single-use systems.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of office applications (mainly Power Point, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to recognize need for change and employ appropriate strategies to facilitate change.
  • Ability to be flexible in fast-changing environment and to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated team player and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong advantage.
