Job Summary

The Façade Manager is responsible for coordinating façade elements and supporting the Project Manager with daily operations.

  • Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks as required.
  • Ensuring coordination of façade elements across various subcontract packages and overseeing the detailed interface.
  • Planning and programming the overall façade construction programme.

In addition, the Façade Manager will oversee technical submittals, track sign offs and BCAR approvals processes, manage sample procurement and testing regimes, and ensure compliance with employment requirements and project performance specifications and drawings.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in managing facades projects, a proven track record, at least 5 years' experience at this level, working on similar projects, trade qualification or construction-related qualification, strong sub-contractor management skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
