We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Design Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">

You will be responsible for delivering detailed design packages and ensuring the delivery of the design brief using your technical building expertise.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • A qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with 8+ years' experience">
  • Proven track record of leading design and technical teams through construction stages">
  • Ability to work with a wide array of project stakeholders both internal and external, in a fast-paced project delivery environment">
  • Strong experience in large residential/commercial projects preferred">
  • Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge of building construction">
  • Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI stages and full proficiency in Autodesk Revit">
  • Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects simultaneously">
