We are seeking an experienced and skilled Solution Architect to join our Customer Success Technical Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the latest security and identity products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet customer business and technical goals.
  • Lead Deployment Efforts: Lead the technical aspect of production deployments in customer environments, including design, assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving configuration issues.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues during deployment, ensuring seamless delivery of our products.
  • Provide Expert Support: Provide technical support to customers after deployment, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Communicate Effectively: Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Contribute to Product Development: Provide input and feedback to engineering and development teams, helping shape the future of our products.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging trends in related technology areas, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ Years of Experience: At least 7 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Active Directory from a system integration vendor or enterprise IT organization.
  • Active Directory Expertise: Administered, architected, or supported enterprise Active Directory environments.
  • Azure AD/Entra ID Knowledge: At least 3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Cloud Computing Skills: Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes, as well as cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Identity and Access Management: Awareness of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes.
  • Customer-Facing Orientation: Proven customer-facing orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Hebrew and English, with an additional language being an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • Location: Must be based in Israel, with willingness and ability to travel abroad.
