We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and implement strategic data solutions within a large enterprise framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data architecture principles and a proven track record of developing large-scale data models that cater to multiple lines of business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Data Architecture Design: Design modern, scalable data architectures using cloud-based solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Model Development: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models that meet business requirements and establish effective data governance practices.
  3. Integration Efforts: Lead integration efforts across multiple data sources, including transactional systems, APIs, data lakes, and streaming data.
  4. Database Requirements: Determine database structural requirements by analyzing business needs, applications, and existing systems.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Participate in requirement engineering and working groups, collaborate with business leads, operations, SMEs, technologists, and governance teams.

The successful candidate will have significant hands-on experience in data architecture, data science, and/or data modeling expertise. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of relational/OLTP/OLAP/Big Data concepts.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and architecture tools such as Magic Draw, Erwin, etc.
  • Experience in building complex IT systems and data management methodologies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
