Chief Compliance Officer

The Chief Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring that all activities are conducted with integrity, transparency and adherence to regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidance.
- Design, implement and update compliance policies, procedures and control frameworks.
- Develop and execute a risk-based compliance monitoring and testing plan.
- Embed compliance requirements into business processes, product design and customer interactions.
- Guarantee coverage across all regulatory areas, including market conduct, consumer protection and data protection.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in compliance, risk management or audit within the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
