We are seeking an organised and dynamic professional to fill a key position due to the continued growth and expansion of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for children presenting with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans, interventions, and recommendations in line with best practice and professional standards.
- Collaborate with service owners, families, carers, schools, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support.
- 3rd level qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent registration with CORU.
- At least 1 year post qualification experience working with children/young adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of new services, contribute to quality improvement projects, and participate in training and education initiatives for staff members.
