Office Manager Role

This role is focused on managing the day-to-day operations of a business while taking ownership of financial administration and executive support.

The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounts, or office management with finance responsibilities. A degree in Finance (or equivalent experience) is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations and administrative processes, providing executive support to senior executives, liaising with external partners, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing presentations and reports.

The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and financially literate with strong IT and MS Office skills. They will also be confident, adaptable, and able to work with a dynamic team.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Background in finance, accounts, or office management with finance responsibilities
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and financially literate
