Job Title: Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and develop business intelligence and Power Platform solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable BI and Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and develop applications, dashboards, and workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Collaborate with business verticals and technical teams to deliver effective data-driven solutions.
  • Support adoption of BI and Power Platform tools through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Background in insurance or financial services, with knowledge of industry processes and reporting needs is essential.
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate especially).
  • Strong skills in Power BI development and data modelling.
  • Understanding of BI concepts, data flows, and system integration.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and consistency.
