About the RoleThis is a unique chance for a qualified lawyer to move into a niche in-house position with a global brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on commercial agreements, managing licensing agreements and technology platforms, and providing intellectual property advice.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on commercial contracts and agreements
- Managing licensing agreements and technology platforms
- Providing intellectual property advice
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Circa 3 years PQE in commercial law
- Experience in advising on commercial agreements, licensing agreements, technology platforms, intellectual property, data protection, information technology, brand protection, e-commerce, trademarks and patents
