Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular presence on the shop floor to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and build strong relationships with operations teams.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through cross-functional initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of plant transformation projects.
  • Translate observations into actionable financial insights and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators that bridge operational and financial performance.
  • Lead cost reduction programs through direct engagement with production teams.
  • Evaluate and maintain robust financial controls while ensuring operational flexibility.
  • Partner with operations leaders to optimize production processes and resource utilization.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Conduct value stream mapping exercises to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
  • Actively participate in production meetings and problem-solving sessions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure operational excellence.
  • Engage with customers through site visits and audits, demonstrating operational capabilities and financial stability.
  • Foster positive relationships with local authorities and community leaders to support plant operations and future growth.
  • Represent the plant in industry associations, local business forums, and regulatory bodies.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional to serve as financial leader at our manufacturing facility specializing in datacenter infrastructure solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular presence on the shop floor, driving cross-functional initiatives, and participating in strategic planning and execution of plant transformation projects.

They will also be responsible for translating observations into actionable financial insights, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and leading cost reduction programs.

In addition, the successful candidate will evaluate and maintain robust financial controls, partner with operations leaders, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives.

They will also conduct value stream mapping exercises, actively participate in production meetings, and develop strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
