What You Will Do: Our Technology Solutions Group is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exciting changes on the horizon under new senior leadership.
We are looking for you to build out scalable applications to support our Portfolio Management,pliance, Finance, Dataernance, Operational Risk, and Human Resources teams.
You will need to have in-depth technical knowledge of Java or Python together with strong SQL and should feelfortable working within large internal and external data sets.

What you can expect This role willbine the functions of CI/CD and Reliability engineering for our software systems in AWS and Azure platforms Will work closely with development teams to understand their design/challenges, propose technical solutions, and assist with implementation of systems.
Identify opportunities to provide self service automation of CI/CD processes and tools; ensure continuous, high velocity build, test, and delivery of software solutions through DevOps automation.
Develop automated infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, source code management and new ways to operate and collaborate.
Implementprehensive service metrics to track and report on system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Identify end user requirements and develop metrics to measure the Web apps, Data analytics and ETL processes.
Establish SLO/SLA, Performance measurements and failure mitigation for such processes.
Use programming languages including but not limited to Python, Shell/Power scripting, Groovy, GO, JavaScript and Terraform frameworks.
In addition to deep technical expertise and engineering mindset, you will bring excellent problem solving,munication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong desire to new tools and technology and an inclusive attitude
What you will bring 3-5 years of proven experience in DevOps or Platform or SRE Engineering Strong experience with deploying, managing and monitoring services in AWS/Azure Has hands-on experience using source control (Git, GitHub) and feature branching strategies Experience in developing workflow in CI/CD orchestration tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Understands networking, DNS, routing and messaging, especially between services Experience with micro-service architectures and building observability for the services.
Ability to speak to software development best practices and industry trends.
Familiarity with various Software Engineering domains: Software development processes (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Shell, Infrastructure-as-Code, Configuration-as-Code) Issue tracking and versioning (Jira) Package managers (pip, npm) and Build tools (Gradle, Maven) Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) Artifact repositories and Deployment tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform) Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as with Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry etc.
Strong verbalmunication skills to address both the developmentmunity and business leaders.
Strong documentation skills to publish user guides, defects, feature requests, and architecture designs.
Excellent initiative, curiosity, interpersonal and problem-solving skills What will set you apart AWS and Azure Cloud Certifications Experience in application development (Python, Groovy, JavaScript) Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
