Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive validation protocols to guarantee seamless integration of new tools and products.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance our Quality Management System.
  • Maintain strict adherence to ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 systems standards, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of regulatory excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and implement Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing protocols.
  • Support GMP and regulatory audits by providing critical insights and guidance.
  • Design and deliver engaging training modules to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Perform data analysis and make informed decisions that drive business growth and success.
  • Embody a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and champion corrective action initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication with vendors and stakeholders to drive project success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a third-level qualification in Engineering or an equivalent professional experience.
  • Have extensive experience in statistical analysis, SPC, and validations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Hold a minimum of two years' experience as a Validation Engineer within a similar industry environment.
