As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing demand and supply for commercially critical molecules across global markets and supply sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on inventory management, product supply, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a team of supply planners and senior supply planners.
  • Set and manage annual performance goals for the team and team members.
  • Provide clear direction and support to the team daily.
  • Manage and balance global demand and supply for assigned supply chains.
  • Drive Global Sales & Operations Planning.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years relevant supply chain/manufacturing experience.
  • Pharma experience is required.
  • Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager is required.
  • Qualification in a Business-Related discipline or Supply Chain.
  • Strong planning & analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
