Job Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional support services to our clients, ensuring that our standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure alignment with relevant government policies and regulations.
  • Work autonomously with initiative and a focus on quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Service Delivery Leadership
  • Leading shifts when on duty.
  • Providing direct care to individuals, following established care plans.
  • Assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans.
Training and Development
  • Training new care team members.
  • Organizing training programs and workshops.
Compliance and Documentation
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care plans.
  • Ensuring required documentation is completed on time.
Quality Assurance
  • Implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting regular audits and checks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
  • Relevant degree in Social or Health Care (level 7).
  • Full current driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
