Job Title: Scheme Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the scheme, ensuring the safety and well-being of our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the scheme, ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to a high standard.
  • Staff Management: Line manage and train staff employed by the organization within the scheme, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Care Planning: Participate in care planning and assessment of support needs of potential tenants, working closely with colleagues to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tenant support plans, progress, and outcomes, using this information to inform future decision-making.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, conducting regular fire drills and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Social Activities: Encourage social activities among tenants, fostering a sense of community and connection with older people from the wider area.

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant field.
