A seasoned professional is sought after to join the team as a Senior Operations Manager within the Asset Management Operations department.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations in Asset Management Operations, specifically relating to Capital Markets.
- Management and strategic operations of middle office functions and trade support activities.
- Client relationship management with high service quality and responsiveness.
- Implementation of best practice operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaboration with technology divisions to streamline operations and initiate improvements.
- Regular reporting and analysis of performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Direct supervision and development of a high-performing operations team.
- Profound knowledge and operational management experience in Asset Management, focusing on Capital Markets.
- Strong client relationship management skills within the Asset Management sector.
- Expertise in Asset Management Operations for the middle office and trade support.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, managing diverse teams.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
