Key Sales Engineering Role

This is a permanent position offering a competitive compensation package. As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating with existing customers and building strong working relationships with key account customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries and sales support enquiries.
  • Manage existing accounts and phone-based sales.
  • Compile and maintain a business development pipeline for your area of responsibility.
  • Build relationships with various companies throughout the customer base.

For this role, you will need to have a relevant engineering-related third-level academic or vocational qualification. Direct experience in process, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering, safety systems, plumbing, or hard facilities management segments would be advantageous.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical or manufacturing Engineering.
  • Understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Outgoing and positive personality.
  • Ability to attain basic customer/technical/product knowledge within a short period.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
