Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support our continued growth and success. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team and engineering department to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

This is a new role within our organization and will be a key position within our team. As part of a 29-member team, you will focus on providing exceptional administration support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our management team to provide day-to-day operational support and coordination, including planning and workflows.
  • Handle inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and update internal communication and data systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Accounts, regarding invoicing and payment tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and online platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or transport is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
