Senior Manager - Operations Excellence

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our operations team in delivering high-quality products and services.

This role involves managing production effectively, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery. You will be responsible for developing a quality-first culture, customer service, and continuous improvement of products and processes.

  • Manage production to meet customer demands.
  • Develop a culture that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing performance targets and monitoring actual performance against targets.
  • Leading one or multiple high-performing teams across units.
  • Mentoring and coaching other Operations Managers.
  • Ensuring sufficient processes are in place for capacity planning.
  • Sponsoring an environment of Safety, Quality, People Development, and CI within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably at production management level.
  • A degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
