Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be working with clients in the architecture industry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist architects in developing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key tasks include preparing and producing high-quality construction documentation, using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software to develop 3D models, drawings, and documents, evaluating designs for compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards, and attending site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A relevant architectural degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Ireland
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work
