Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Coordinator to join our team in Limerick, Ireland.
- Engage effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue MTS documents to technical assessors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee design submissions and checklists via Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Coordinate site-based mockups and document attendance, reports, and records.
- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier documents.
- Manage bi-weekly contractor progress reports and design development processes.
- Liaise with architectural teams and specialist subcontractors.
- Lead and document design coordination meetings.
- Oversee façade system design, including curtain walling, glazing, and cladding.
- Review and manage subcontractor drawings.
- Monitor design workflows and document control.
- Collaborate with M&E, structural, and architectural teams.
- Track and manage RFI, submittals, and approvals.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and AutoCAD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
