Job Description

The Design Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our engineering consultancy. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage people and projects, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading design development from concept to construction, collaborating with architects and specialist subcontractors to integrate and resolve design interfaces.

Key responsibilities include preparing and issuing MTS (Material Technical Submissions) to clients' Technical Assessors/Multi-Disciplinary Technical Teams, overseeing and managing D+B Design Team submissions via Autodesk Construction Cloud, and coordinating site-based First-of-a-Kind and Benchmark Mockups.

You will also review and verify subcontractor and supplier MTS documents, ensure alignment with overall design, and contribute to bi-weekly Contractor Progress Reports.
