Civil Engineering Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Civil Engineering Site Manager to lead our teams and projects in Tipperary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Directors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure project plans are executed on time and within budget
  • Select and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Source and manage plant, machinery, and equipment
  • Motivate site teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Liaise with the Health and Safety Team to maintain compliance
  • Oversee paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple civil teams and projects
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and lead teams effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety regulations
  • Full driving license

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can deliver quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent leadership skills.
