Manufacturing Packaging Graduate Development Opportunity

Every member of our team plays a critical role in the discovery and development of groundbreaking scientific innovations. We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Manufacturing Packaging team as part of a two-year graduate development program.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, rotating through key areas to build responsibility and experience in Operations, cGMP, process and mechanical engineering, serialization and aggregation, data analytics, packaging engineering, and material sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop skills and knowledge in support of operational areas, including Engineering, Quality, Automation, Validation, and Supply Chain.
  • Support projects as required, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and implement operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2.1 level 8 degree in a related area, such as Science, Mechanical, Material, Packaging, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • High adaptability and initiative.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
