Job Title: Home Healthcare Providers

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and home support to clients in their own homes.
  • Follow care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and well-being for all clients.
  • Maintain accurate daily care notes and report any changes in condition.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and the wider care team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Caring and dependable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Actively working towards QQI Level 5 (with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules complete).
  • Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate.
  • Have a full EU driver's license and own car (essential for this role).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
  • Can provide work and character references.
  • Prepared to complete Garda Vetting (we cover the fee).
  • Experience with disabilities or Dementia training is a plus (but not essential).
