We are looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Scientist for Media Measurement to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of the Research Data Science team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for measuring TV viewing and advertising effectiveness.

About the Role

The team focuses on building prototypes for innovations in audience measures, lift analytics, and creative testing, collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to scale our models and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis and building advanced statistical models to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • Developing and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve complex measurement problems.
  • Designing and implementing efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from various sources.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Staying current with the latest data science techniques, tools, and technologies, and exploring innovative approaches to tackle complex challenges.
Requirements

Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, statistics, software engineering, computer science, or physics. An advanced degree is preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in data science and/or modeling.

Desirable Skills
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, data science, and related domains.
  • Proficiency in multiple quantitative software tools, including Python, R, and SQL; ability to learn new tools as needed.
  • Exceptional data wrangling and debugging skills.
  • Experience working with high-dimensional data sets.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 USD Annually, including base salary, variable commission, and annual bonus targets. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive stock options.
