The successful candidate will assist our Risk Managers in developing and managing the organisation's risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of risk management practices and promote a positive risk culture within Vhi.
- Develop and maintain the organisation's risk register.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Key Risk Indicators (KRI's) relevant to business units.
- Support the planning, preparation and delivery of training and workshops to risk coordinators and business units.
- Research and keep up to date with trends and changes in risk and regulation making recommendations around use of best practice risk management, tools and techniques to Vhi.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years financial industry experience and an understanding of Risk Frameworks.
- Qualification in Risk Management or a related business discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated alignment to Vhi values.
