A Career-Changing Opportunity for Financial Planners

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Paraplanner.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and in our office, providing an ideal balance between work and personal life.

As a Paraplanner, you will have the opportunity to support our team of financial planners, develop your skills, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial planners in formulating and documenting financial plans for clients
  • Develop personalized strategies in a compliant and tailored format
  • Support financial planners in annual review processes
  • Attend client meetings and critically analyze information received
  • Research and analyze investment funds, insurance products, and tax legislation as required

This Paraplanner role is unique in that you will have the chance to attend client meetings alongside financial planning consultants, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and be supported by a strong team of experts.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • QFA qualification (mandatory)
  • On the road to CFP qualification or desire to work towards it
  • Previous experience dealing with clients in a Financial Services environment (preferable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous experience with CashFlow Modelling Software (advantageous)
  • Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Creativity and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
